This app somehow downloaded on my phone without my consent. It is a scam. Report this app. iOS seems to be doing nothing about it.

I did the stupidest thing by putting my card number in tryin to purchase a gift for my friend and now idk what to do bcuz i noticed this is scam and the arrival date is pending and it will never happen and i need to report it!

The email address for queries is not accessible? Says the domain does not exist which is a worry.
I just ordered a gift in the SwiftGift app, but the only option I had was to enter an address for delivery? I entered mine as I was if the u detests du g is receive a magic link to send to my recipient after checkout, but I have not received this, and it says it will be delivered to my home address?
Do I need to cancel this order ASAP, or will I be sent the code to send on shortly?
I was so excited about this app, as I do not know the address of the recipient. If the gift comes to my house, it will defeat the entire point of using the app for me do I will have to instruct my bank to refuse payment.

I see the two drops, and the weekly discounted item, but that’s it. There’s nothing more to the app. Garbage.

No longer able to play spin & win
After the update, I can no longer play spin & win. Also, it won’t let me use gift coins upon placing an order. Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. I’m uninstalling the app after updating this review. Au revoir!

Not sure how to find orders placed
I place my very first order and I have not seen it yet but I’m so hopeful that it will get here. Inside the app I cannot figure out how to find where my orders were placed.
Still waiting for my first item to be delivered!
So I decided to try this app for the first time and nearly 5 weeks later I am still waiting for the item to arrive!!! I don’t know if this is the norm for this app but I am extremely disappointed that it has taken so long. I don’t think I will ever use it again!!!
Terrible customer service
I have requested status update on my order 3 times with no reply. Order was placed almost a year ago. I will be deleting the app and never ordering from it again.

It's a good concept, convenient for last minute gifts but when coming back to it, after a few months away, I found that it's lost most of what made it good!
They no longer have the option of concierge gifts or gift cards. The delivery charges are also high, often more than the item you want to buy. The introduction of the daily spin wheel was a nice addition, but the value of the points has dropped from 100% to 50% and, with the latest update, to 30%
