Game bug
I like the game, it’s fun and challenging. There’s a bug, I cannot change deck type. I had collected a number of different decks and they’ve disappeared. Now I can only play the specialty deck I had selected and it only has two suits. I cannot use some of the other heroes because of their suit abilities. This is a VERY FRUSTRATING BUG!!! Please fix…..
Update: new update just reset the game and erased all my purchases, progress and cards. You’ve effectively stolen money from me!

Customer service ignores you
After their last update my account reset. All the money I spent and hrs playing gone. I emailed customer service 3 times with no response.

Game will no longer load.
Unable to play anymore.
I really enjoy this game but I haven’t been able to lock. For over 3 weeks now. I emailed support and never received a reply. I highly disappointed.

New update reset everything
All of my progress, cards, and my past ad free lifetime purchase all erased and reset due to an update bug. I still have the same avatar and name so I know it was logged in, and I was highly upset. I joined the discord, and there was no announcement or anything for a day. The next day, qiaodoudawang on the discord fixed the issue and I got everything back. I am still working on resolving a charge that happened during the issue, but I am glad everything resolved. I do wish the response had been faster (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but I am overall happy to have the game back in order.

Everything reset back to the beginning after playing months - great game but they wrecked it.
Lost Progress & Purchase
I have been enjoying this game for months. I even bought the no ad pass. With the recent update all my progress was lost and my purchase was gone. Restore doesn’t work and no “support.” Since my purchase was over 3 months ago my credit card company gave me a hard time refunding although they ended up doing it anyways. Don’t waste your time on this game since you could lose months of progress upgrading cards as well as your purchases.

Why am I starting over Fresh? I’ve been playing this camp for quite a year at a time and I’ve built up a lot.
