Defective device
I could not get it to beep. Figured it was just a dead battery. I took it to Battery Source and they tested the battery and it was dead. They got a new battery and tested it before putting it in, and it was fine. When they put it in and pressed the button it went dead! The device was defective and kills all new batteries as soon as you press the button.

Beeps constantly
There is a setting to not beep when disconnected from app but it beeps regardless when app is closed or phone gets out of range. Worthless
Just get a tile.
The app is so barebones and the settings for the tracker don’t even work. Plus, every time you walk away from the tracker or if the app closes in the background, the tracker will start beeping until you go and press the button. Sometimes it won’t even connect at all. Save your money and just buy a tile, because these things don’t work.

THERE IS A FIX
Seeing lots of comments talking about how the thob keeps ringing once the app closes. I had this issue too, but if you simply press the middle button once, it stops and still can be rang from the app. So press the middle button to stop the ringing!

Amazing! It works perfectly. Just download the app that it says on the piece of paper, click the black monster logo on the triangle device to pair them and thats it. Once you close the app, the device will start to beep, that's completely normal. What you have to do is click the monster logo once. Only once. That will make the device stop beeping, after closing the application. It is a way if letting you know the last location of the keys when you close the app so at least you know everytime. Its good its works great!

I’ve lost my keys and couldn’t kind them if my life depended on it! Their near by on a very small property but they’ve seemed to disappear and this was supposed to be my saving grace. More like a huge let down

Does exactly what it promotes.. whatever app glitches they may have had before are not an issue so I feel like the railing for this app are wrong! I don’t know what these reviews are talking about but I have an iPhone and mine works fine.

First off, this company is horrible! How are you going to make an app that doesn't really do anything useful? Once you finally get the key finder installed and paired, they give you these epic "customize settings" that don't do anything! If you close the app, the finder starts beeping!! WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP THIS APP RUNNING 100% OFF THE TIME???? There is NO reason why they programmed it this way. I'll be returning this to the store. Great idea, good product, but the worst app I've ever seen! Save your money and put a hook on the wall for your keys. That's what I'm going to do lol

I bought these thinking I could use it to track my belongings. IT DOES NOT EVEN TRACK. This product is useless and the app is under developed and barely works. The only nice thing about this product is that it makes a beeping noise when you can’t find something. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BUY!

Holy £¥c€?!? The only thing this piece of gosa does is beep and set off phone alarms. Zero stars. No setup instructions. You have to open the battery cover and press a button to initiate it. Once connected to the app it just makes your phone epileptic. I can not believe Monster put their name on this piece of $#|¥.

Totally unusable this key finder, never connects to iPhone or any Bluetooth cellphone

I have never left a review of any product but this is so bad I had to. Where to start. The put in a little insert in the package and they don’t match what you have to do. Luckily I played with it enough to figure it out myself. This app doesn’t show where the keys are, only where you are. What good is that? The product says 75 feet but the alarm goes off 30 feet away in my own house. And when it does the app shuts down. Resets and goes off again again shutting off but not showing the location of my keys. The only good thing about this product and app is that you can set an alarm off so your keys beep to help you find them. No map just beeping. Don’t buy the product. It’s the worst product ever!

Can’t get more than a few feet from the phone without it going off
Can’t get more than a few feet from the phone without it going off. So having it hanging by my front door and being in my office the phone is going off or the alarm is going off on the device the entire time. Very annoying
