Terrible app. It constantly lags and works very poorly. For some reason, the language switched to Czech by itself, even though I never selected it, and now I can’t change it back. There is no option in the app settings to change the language. It’s extremely inconvenient to use, especially when you can’t fix such a basic issue. The developers really need to fix the bugs and add an option for users to choose their preferred language.

Do not buy!
I bought this set of lights and now I regret it, it does not connect to the app(Android IOS). Do not waste your time or money!
Worked great until the last Apple update
Worked great until the last update and now that Apple iOS looks at different things this app no longer works correctly even when you try to add additional lights. It looks for things that old iOS let apps access. Please update this so it’s supported again.
The old was better
Before the newer update you could customize the colors with a wheel slider thingy, and change the picture for static scenes! But now!? OF COURSE NOT!! Why? BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE RUINING GOOD THINGS

It was fine at first but then the app stopped working and I could no longer control the lights through it
Lights don’t connect
Following the FAQ leads to instructions that require buttons on the app that don’t exist. The lights seem fine, but after giving them my location, WiFi, and email address the app still can’t connect to the lights. Awful product
always broken
i genuinely reccomend against this product just buy something with a remote. the bluetooth is constantly bugged out i’ll open the app and the light bar just won’t respond then i’ll attempt to reconnect it and it just won’t pair. i’m ripping it off my ceiling tomorrow

This is my rating so take it with a grain of salt. The app is okay, pretty simple to navigate after you learn but doesn’t really work well. If you do buy the LEDS then it will not work if you have like one wifi, so get a physical remote one instead. The app can’t control the LEDS to be fair, it works only for 5 minutes then just stops working. Overall this app isn’t very good nor are the leds, but this also depends on your wifi set up but for me and others, this app just does not work well at all.

The app hasn’t been working on my leds I bought the 100ft for 40 bucks. What a scam. It didn’t come with a battery controlled remote either.

Those lights are working time to time 🤦🏼♀️ my lights are stuck in a bright white I can’t close them or even change the color.
App Lagging
Lately the app has been so bad that I just stopped using my leds all together. I’ll click it to change a color and it won’t do it. And there’s no app update. Also when I delete them and go to reconnect then as a device, it completely crashes and does work at all, despite me having it in pairing mode.

I Love This 🤩
It’s really good to use and I recommend it! But, occasionally it will blink and disconnect from my phone so just be aware of that! Otherwise you need one of these!
ok lights
i like these i left a past review about the app which they fixed thankfully but i prefer the color wheel. and after having these lights for about 6 months they haven’t been working the app is delayed and has an difficult ui and just this past 2 weeks they dont even work with the app anymore i cant change the color with the app or do anything at this point i have to unplug it to turn it off and stand on top of a stool to press the button to change the color. thought i bought something thats meant to be good quality :/

Connectivity sucks
I’ve had these lights for over a year, there’s numerous days where I tried to use my Alexa to change the lights or even trying to change it through the app and no matter what the connectivity just sucks. it tells you, your lights are online while as it continues to not allow you to adjust it to white, even if it shows you hit white in the app it’s still not gonna change the color of the lights. honestly I recommend going out and buying something else this was just kind of a waste of time for me considering there’s not many ways to change the lights outside of connectivity.

The lights are wonderful but this app only works when it wants to.. wont pair up keeps saying device not connected or bluetooth. This is the only app Ive ever had problems w bluetooth.. its always updating and for what? 😑😑

LED lights won’t connect
The app would find the LED lights and then say it can’t connect to the LED lights even when the lights are connected via Bluetooth meaning you can’t change your colors at all
