app stopped controlling lights after a while lights now stuck on one color
The lights are great! But the app is bad. It is never connected and I can never turn the lights on or off. If I spend money on a product I expect to be able to actually use it. Or at least give a remote so your only way to control the lights isn’t on the phone.
Lights seem to work fine. Software on the other hand is iffy. I have 2 different lights on my app and 1 always seems to be “offline”. I can’t ever get the schedules to work because of it and 1 section is a different color than what I have set. Would not recommend buying this product.
I don’t understand why there can’t just be a physical remote instead of an app. The app always lags, and I’m always having to reconnect my lights every other month. It’s very inefficient and super annoying.
When I went to go add device it said I needed to grant permission and guess what nothing happened it said that over and over no matter if I enable everything which I did but it didn’t help it STILL said app permissions required, lights are great not so rental friendly they will peel the wall paint/paper/

Horrible first time connecting took a minute than out of no where disconnected even from the app now I can’t connect it’s almost been a year and I tried one last time and of course it didn’t work now there in the trash.
The app doesnt even work anymore cant even change the color or even less turn the lights off or on
This app shouldn’t have a login. At least make a setting where it keeps you logged in there doesn’t need to be any security to turn lights Different colors
I’ve continued to have problems with this light strip I have connecting and then a month later not wanting to work and difficulty trying to connect again. Over and over again. I tried to connect it to the Alexa and in order to do that you have to sign into the monster lighting app, so I put my username in and it says it doesn’t exist even though my Alexa has the same username. I give this product a 1 star I’m sick of messing with it

The app to lights are not responsive
I turned my lights on using the app. The 10 minutes later when I opened the app to turn them off, it says my light strip is “offline” despite actively being on. This happens constantly. Sometimes restarting the app works. Most of the time it doesn’t and I have to either completely restart my phone, or unplug the lights and replug them back in. And that doesn’t always work either. Sometimes I just have to abandon the strip because YOUR APP SUCKS

Would not send me the email to confirm
It won’t even let me sign into the app because the website it sends me to doesn’t work
Every time I close the app the light disconnect in the room and it gets stuck on that color and it won’t turn off through the phone
This item trash, I done everything in the instruction manual and it’s not pairing
My app stopped working and now won’t connect to my WiFi bc it can’t support 5G and only supports 2.4
It won’t connect
The lighting app’s user interface implementation is the worst I’ve ever seen. The primary purpose of a lighting app should be to allow users to customize their lighting preferences right from the start. The different lighting fixture options should be presented in a separate menu, eliminating the need for excessive over-engineering. While automation and a profile sliding menu are commendable features, the requirement for users to first select their lighting fixture first is unnecessary. Additionally, when opening the app after a prolonged period, the options for adjusting your lights simply vanish, which I believe is a memory related issue in the JavaScript code.
