App Lagging
Lately the app has been so bad that I just stopped using my leds all together. I’ll click it to change a color and it won’t do it. And there’s no app update

I just paired it and when and I used it, it works great but a few minutes later I heard a few second long beep 2 times I don’t know what it was

without a doubt the owners are communists trying to steal ur info, 0 reason you have to register and verify ur email or let it have your information
Ruins the Quality of the Product
This app has only gotten worse overtime. The lights still struggle to stay connected to the app and lose responsiveness repeatedly. “DIY” features for lights are broken, certain effects keep disappearing from the list of DIY only to reappear later, DIY customization only works when controlling them individually, groups still default back to undesired color schemes. Sound reaction does not work effectively at all, very buggy and hardly responsive. These lights are a 10/10 product, the app makes them like a solid 4/10, everything is difficult to mess with and any customization offered only works in very limited execution. Im dying for you guys to just improve this app or allow the lights to be controlled else how.

Disappointed
I had gotten these for my room and the app didn’t even work no controller came with it it was just downloading the bad app IT WAS $50 for 100 feet of led lights that DONT WORK! Then I got the ones for the back of my tv and they didn’t connect and was on the edge of dieing so I just gave up Horrible product I DONT RECOMMEND

PLEASE READ!!!
OK SO, AT FIRST IT WAS WORKING and then it started glitching and lighting up in some places but then my dad helped me and he told be it was cuz I had voice thing on so when it heard something it would light up so if this is happening to u please make sure to turn voice activated off!! so besides that.. EVERYTHINGS GREAT!! lots of cool options and very good lights.. thank you for reading this!! Kitty approved 😼👍

The lights keep stop responding to the app after a while. Fix this issue, it’s so stupid.
Every time I log in I have to reinstall
This has been a pain since day one. The lights do what they want. Now they randomly started flashing and changing color when I had it set to a solid color. When it does this and I log in it tells me it’s offline and changes won’t reach it. So I have to go through the reinstall process all over again. Even when I had the solid color only half of it was that color. The rest were random colors but at least they didn’t flash. I would not recommend

Good but frustrating
They work good when they do work but most of the time when I go to turn them on, they say offline so I have to go through re-hooking them up and repairing them and everything, so what sort of gets frustrating.

i have no idea why the people are lying in these reviews yes there very easy to place on wherever but to setup ? don’t get me started it’s not sending anything to my email for me to confirm it i’ve tried over a millions times and it hasn’t worked yet FIX YOUR APP !!
Doesn’t let me connect to the lights
I tried connecting the lights to the app and it they didn’t let me terrible lights, terrible app, terrible everything never buy these again
Ai slop garbage
App worked fine until they injected it with copilot and now the thing wont do basic tasks like changing a preset and picking a color.

Do not buy these lights.
DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS. first of all they don’t stick to my walls i had to glue them! after i glued them i realized that no matter how much i tried to change the color it wouldn’t change, or it wouldn’t do a solid color no matter what i tried. I would turn the lights off and it wouldn’t turn off and same for on. i just got these lights today and they are absolutely horrible. i tore them down after spending hours putting them up and threw them away. NOT worth the money.

App no longer works
The original app worked awesome. Then they did an update/ downgrade and now the controls suck. You pick colors they don’t match, you try to create DIY patterns they don’t save or act properly. Monster really needs to trash this update and just bring back the old version.
Nice app to control 100ft of Monster LED
This app came with my 100ft of soffit lighting. I’ve found it to be easy to use and dependable. It’s pretty limited though in creating ‘moving’ light patterns from scratch. It also sometimes gets confused when you’re building patterns while the lights are on. But once you get a nice color or pattern and set up an on/off schedule, it’s Rock solid. I am pleased overall by the app and regular updates.

It’s absolutely so hard to get it to pair to your phone it makes absolutely no sense
Sticking problems
When i bought the lights I can never seem to keep them sticking to the wall, they are cool lights 5 on that but I am getting annoyed to fix them everyday.
Offline
My lights keep going offline even if I'm still on the same internet and everything, it's really frustrating. Other than that huge issue though, the lights hold up well and the lights are good.
