We're really sorry about this — losing your progress three times is not the experience we want anyone to have. Please contact us at "hr@acegames.live" with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate and help recover your data. If you purchased items, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the game's settings menu — this should bring back your paid content at no extra cost. We'd genuinely like to make this right for you.
