Game itself is pretty good would leave a good reveiw but the help team is a joke ive had multiple purches and things to claim but cant ive asked for help on facebook discord and email Alll replying with need help ask for help on telegram there is only 1 person there who has not bern able to help me and many others he has cleared our chats 4 times without resolving anything just keeps deleting the conversations

Confusing
In the game it shows the MonsWallet app but everytime I try to use it it’s blank, how exactly do I get the coins from MonsHUB to Monsterra?

Decent game - well put together. However after few day play I seem to be stuck with needing to buy tokens to progress. Either that or the game doesn’t explain how to proceed without buying tokens. Kinda a shame.
Complex Withdrawls
At first I thought this game scammed me but I was able to eventually figure out how to unstake the rewards properly. The game itself is okay but a bit tedious and it seems you will need to spend more cryptocurrency trying to receive it back than you’re likely to earn. Also a large time sink.

Very nearly great
Nice graphics. The little dudes can be fun to watch. I like that I can freely rearrange my land. Downside is that the fight/ battle aspect nearly always crashes. I’m still waiting to see what kind of crypto earning will happen…. I hope it’s not tied to pvp.

My last 3 in game purchases never were fulfilled yet my bank account was deducted from. Sent an email to support and nothing. Now have to dispute with my bank versus a simple reach out from the support team at Monsterra
