Love the app, can do most banking from home or on weekends or holidays. Easy to work with. And if on vacation can work with anywhere.
adding new bill payees
it would make it easier to be able to add new bill payee's in the Mobile app, without having to go to a laptop.

New app.
The new app is slower and the UI is not as good as the old one. Just my opinion.

Once my phone updated it won’t let me log into my account
Cannot access my account
Every time I log in since the most recent update it closes the ap when I try to log in
Crashes
After the update when I try to log in the app just crashes every time. I have an iPhone 13 Pro
Update ruined app
No only did I have re-enroll with the newest app update; the app turns out to be pointless. After waiting for the pin that is now required for each login; it takes me to the web off the app. Because of this, I can’t do bill pay without messing w/ my privacy/security settings. Which, I’m not willing to do if they decided the webpage would be more secure than an app. The user experience has definitely gone down the drain. Don’t bother getting the app; just use the website itself.

I love the app. Mainly to keep tabs on all of my accounts to make sure that nothing incorrect has been done. I check it twice a day every day. I have caught and authorize charges on my credit card from companies. And I am able to transfer from one account to another from a touch of a button. It Has made keeping track of my accounts super easy. I recommend every person at the credit union to use this app on a daily basis. Great job you guys.

Easy to navigate
Love this bank app!! Easy to navigate and if there’s a problem we ALWAYS get a HUMAN and not 15 minutes of menu! It’s by far the easiest app to use!

Can’t do second account on it.
Can only use for the one account. And also if you have problem it better not be after 5 weekdays or on weekends so you will just have no access when you typically need it
