Can’t create account & no support available
I downloaded the app and attempted to create an account but, after filling out the incredibly tedious and un-user friendly sign-up form, I was greeted with an error that said, “The operation couldn't be completed. ObjectMapper failed to serialize response.” When I click the developer support button it takes me to their website that offers no support options. Come on, do better. Get some middle schoolers to help with your app.

Don’t scan well
The scan feature to check winning tickets doesn’t work well at all
Needs work..
Camera feature for scanning is inadequate, at least it is for newest iPhone and software. Won’t capture or show any signs of analyzing barcodes. Won’t prompt cam to adapt.

The developer needs to enable camera switching on the barcode scanner. And the alerts section just opens up the new email app on my phone. App is basically useless without camera switching
Edit 10/7/2024….. still no camera switching. First the whole app crashed every time it was opened for a month straight, cameras still do the same ol bs… came back here tomiodate once again

barcode scanner broken
every time i try and scan my scratch ticket the app just shuts off.
Used to be great
Now it crashes all the time and nothing works. Been like this awhile wish they’d update it

App keeps crashing when you try to use the bar code scanner. I uninstalled app and reinstalled it and seems to work fine now.
Scanner doesn’t work!

Scam???
Love the app but recently tried the games for the first time. Very simple stupid games just like most gambling. However! I have won a lot of points and I have not received any of them! I even have a screen shot of winning a lot and it’s clearly not added to my total amount. Scam I’d say.

Have not been able to check tickets for the past month. Get notifications from the app when you click the notifications, the app closes suddenly. Really glitchy.

For a week now every time I open app, and click on any of the tile selections, for example “games” it immediately closes and kicks me out of app. Any suggestions
Lost my 200,000 winning points.
I was in the middle of playing the in-app game “Stacks of Cash” and just won the 200,000 points jackpot from betting 20 points when the app crashed. How convenient. I believe must have a directive when someone hits a jackpot to avoid the huge payout. It’s unfair because there is no record or evidence/proof to get the winnings back. It’s only for a chance to win one of four $100 weekly winnings. Maybe nobody actually wins those little $100 payouts and this is the way to avoid it by destroying the evidence. Disappointing.
