Montana Mobile ID Verifier can be used to read ISO 18013-5 compliant mobile driver license or state – issued ID to verify if a user is over 18 or over 21 years old, at restaurants, bars, or any other business where proof of minimum age is required. This app does not store any information on the IDs that are validated, and the data is not accessible to the State of Montana. The Montana Mobile ID Verifier app allows secure and private verification of age for anyone using a mobile driver license or ID, including mobile ID holders from other states.
When verifying mobile IDs on iPhone with the Montana Mobile ID Verifier app, only the requested identity information will be shown on the ID reader. Users can review the information being requested and then confirm or deny.
This app does not store any information on the IDs that are validated, and the data is not accessible to the State of Montana.
The Montana Mobile ID Verifier app can be used on iOS 17.0 or later. There is no charge for use of this app, or for the use of a mobile ID from Montana.
