Update is horrible
The update is a significant step backwards. Now, when scanning a multi draw ticket, you’ll get a message that the drawing hasn’t been held yet.
Will not update
It says that I am running an out of date version, but has no option to update. I deleted it and reinstalled it again and still says it not the current version but still has no option to update.
Problems
It won’t even allow me to report, so this is the only way I know how. It says I need new version, but it doesn’t show me a new version?
App Doesn’t Work
App gives error message indicating that you are not running current version and gives link to App Store to download current version. Except there is no newer version and when you download current version from store, it gives same error. Stuck in an endless loop.
Update Crashed App
I was prompted to update the app which was needed because the app crashed often and now the app no longer works. 😩👎🏽 developers please check the app after updates to insure it works!
Needs some fixed
Constantly getting logged out even after selecting “don’t ask again”. Along with being told the app is out of date but no update is available
Can’t open APP
Woke up this morning and went to check my tickets. The app had a screen saying you can’t use app without downloading the update. So I click to get the update and there isn’t one. The app is now completely useless. Please FIX IT!
Could be better…
This app could be a lot better if it didn’t have you sign in every other day. I have an account, sign in, then nearly two days later I have to do it again. Come on already, fix this so that an account will just stay signed in.

I have to manually enter in scratch tickets. Each update makes it worse
Doesn’t work
Every time I scan a powerball ticket that is a winner of some amount of money, it always says that it’s not a winner. Super frustrating so I deleted this useless app and just check on the powerball website
Updating my rating. This app continues to disappoint.
For some reason this app takes a very strong WiFi signal to load. For those of us in more remote areas this is frustrating. The ticket scanner works with paper drawing tickets, but I frequently have to manually enter scratch tickets. I miss being able to see the prize amounts that have been won on the scratch games. Some advance communication when you suddenly remove a feature like the daily spin would be nice so your users aren’t trying to open it to no avail.

Can’t Scan Tickets
Every single time I try to scan the tickets that I’ve bought, the camera within the app will not autofocus to actually scan the barcode. I get it close enough and it’s too blurry to read, so I pull the ticket away slowly to get it into focus and by that time it’s too far away for the camera to register that it’s there. Not a phone problem, I absolutely checked before writing this, because the autofocus on the regular camera works just fine.

Scanner never works
This app is awful classic case of don’t fix it when it’s not broke this app the scanner doesn’t work. It’s hard to navigate.

A big upgrade
This app is a big step up from the old one. It looks better and actually works. Login was easy, and so is checking numbers.

Seriously so frustrated. It should not take 30min to scan 10 scratchers (IF I’m lucky enough for them to scan at all)
Not scanning correctly
On MT cash ticket says $1 winner when correct amount is more. Need to fix the App.
No luck logging in
After my original account failed, I created a new one, but I still get an "invalid login" message. This is frustrating since the original app worked perfectly. I understand changes are happening, but login issues are a major problem.
