Terrible

No setup instructions. Can’t connect remotely. Thinking of sending whole setup back; NVR, Csmeras, everything. Terrible app.

Hit or miss watching the camera

9/10 times when you open the app, you cant connect to the camera. I spend more time logging out and back in or deleting and reinstalling the camera. Its embarrassing to share this with friends that want to view my Sheep Cam.

Playback doesn’t allow you to go back at a certain time anymore

App is now horrible

This app started out functional. When they switched to version 2.2 the app became unusable. I’ll get an alert, click said alert, and it will send me back several hours instead of to the actual alert. Then I’ll try to fast forward to the alert and it would keep restarting to the random time frame of its choosing. Also I used to have my four favorites set up to display when I turned on the app. Now I gotta click more buttons to get to live. Please fix otherwise I’ll need to look elsewhere.

The cameras are great! The app is good and easy to use. As others have said, the connection takes a while compared to my WIFI when trying to review a video clip on LTE.
