Good app. Functions and does what I need it to.
Great App
I’m still learning how to use this app. Unless I’m missing the instructions on how to use it would be great if there was some way of reading the directions either as a separate file or built into the app. Currently I’m doing trial and error.
I have a sophisticated system that was installed for my house and I do appreciate this app when I’m not at home.
Please continue to upgrade the app and keep it up to date.

Failure
The app is just lousy. If you have a PTZ camera it’s incredibly useless. Zoom command buttons are placed awkwardly and mostly unresponsive, as if who ever designed never used it. Pan/tilt commands have such high latency ( duplicates on modern hardware multiple devices) it’s useless. Looking for alternative options now.

Not getting notifications
Out of 8 cameras only one was sending notifications and now even that one stopped. I have doorbell as well but it is not working, just a total waste of money. Montavue for android is gone, you can’t even download it anymore in the store. This is getting annoying.
Needs updating
This app needs to be updated. My new iPhone is not the same.

This app on a modern cell phone only serves to view the cameras and that's it because this company does not update the app needs more update

User interface is terrible
On hold for hours with support and they could not resolve notification issues.

I can’t rewind to watch footage and I can not replay alert movements.
