What is the difference between Montezuma Puzzle 4 and Montezuma Puzzle 4 Premium? Nothing! Why are they both on the App Store at the same time?

Fun game to play, though. As are the other puzzles in this series.

To many ads

I have played Montezuma 1,2, and 3, and I do not remember there being so many ads. The ads are starting to be over the top. The ads turn a good game into a frustrating game. Please stop with the ads
