Horrible app
Suddenly, the app has changed so that, even though I am logged in, the app refuses me access to the digital newspaper. When I hit the button that supposedly gives me access to my digital subscription, I am told I have to identify the type of subscription I have, but there is only one choice. Aside from the fact that it’s pointless to choose if there’s only one choice, the choice that is offered is
the print delivery option which I cancelled at least a year ago because I only want digital access. If I can’t get digital access to a digital subscription, I will have to cancel the subscription.

Love the e newspaper because it looks exactly like the print version
Disappointed
The paper has fewer local stories and at times almost exclusive USA Today content. The sports section has deteriorated. No stories on the Biscuits, not even Southern League standings. Comics ruined. An Hispanic strip and exclusion of Curtis in a city 50% Black. Luanne is stupid. Other new strips replaced some of my favorites. I like being able to read the paper on my iPad, but this is not the paper of 3 years ago.

As a former paper boy for the advertiser, and a 50 subscriber, I could not dislike the new app more.
Rest assured it’s about cost.
I might renew a six month subscription for $1 but it’s doubtful.

Keeps losing my subscription
Purchased a new car home and already had an active subscription. App keeps telling me to subscribe and when I tried, even though I already had one, told me I was subscribed but won’t reinstate my subscription.

Ads with paid subscription
I signed up and paid for a subscription then downloaded the app. It has ads even with a paid subscription. I don’t want to see ads if I subscribe and pay. I’ll go through my browser with ad blockers instead.
Do they want to circulate the Advertiser?
Delivery was discontinued in my area. After being contacted, my wife opted to CONTINUE our digital subscription AND ADD mailed Advertisers.
Since that discussion over three weeks ago I have received NO mailed newspapers and my digital subscription was apparently CANCELLED.
I have called Customer Service two times. During the second call, almost two weeks ago, the rep said a supervisor would call me. I have received no call. I have been asked to do a survey about the rep that I talked with. The reps are extremely courteous and the survey is COMPLETELY about their courtesy. Unfortunately, there is no question about whether my problem was answered.
No way to stay in business.

If have problems trying to pay my account. When I sign in, the app shows I’m logged in but keeps going back to login instead of moving on to my account information.
