Lost Information

The app previously showed everyone arrested with charges but evidently was discontinued. It would be great information if reinstated. Being informed allows citizens to be more alert to the areas offenses are occurring so we could be more diligent in our service to LEO and our neighborhoods.

Love this app

I love the update on this site it’s keeps me informed about the weather and crime.

Recent arrests

What happened to recent arrests tab. No longer works

Was great

This app was great until the inmate and arrested list changed. Love how recent arrest and in custody was separate. Also the app is now categorized by last name and not arrest date. I prefer the option of seeing by arrest date.

Change then change

At first you could filter arrestes and now you can't. I've gone back to local Facebook pages unless I have a specific name I can search.

Sorting Filter

There used to be a sorting filter on the inmates and arrests tab… any plans to bring this back?

Please replace graphic with map

There are new streets and subdivisions being built all the time. When an alert concerns a specific area, the street names often don’t mean much to me. Instead of a graphic that says something like “Traffic Alert” why not show a map of that area, with at least one town name for reference? That way users can see if it’s near Security, or the Woodlands.

Feature Failure

Portions of the app work, then they don’t. There’s no rush to get them fixed and no communication or status updates. It’s basically a shortcut tool for website info at this point.

Can’t access

While I appreciate the notifications, especially in emergency situations, I can’t ever access the app during these times. I just get a screen with the logo. I need to be able to read the full notification.
