Ripoff
Navigation costs an extra $4.99, and offline version is $9.99 extra. Opted to pay both because of hideous foreign data rates from AT&T and I wanted an offline map. Both features never activated, and whenever I tried to use them, the app asked me to pay for the in-app purchases again.

This app says free, so I installed it. Then, in order to "unlock" the app to see the map, you have to pay 3.99 or 4.99 (can't remember).
