I am ready to delete
After a terrible time getting it to move past the first chapters, I am now unable to get level 32 to end. Even though I have finished all of the tasks, I never get the completion message so I can move on. I have made several attempts to contact tech support, but the website gives an error message and tells me to try later. I will give them a couple of days to respond. If nothing happens I will cease to download any of their games.

Good game but......
This game is good but hard to complete higher levels as you cannot earn gems. It is just pure frustrating as impossible to finish without gems. Please fix this problem and add earning gems back into the app. You probably have no reviews as people just get annoyed and delete app. If you make it so you can earn gems then it will be an awesome game.

Nice History Lesson, Boring Game
I like the facts about Alcatraz, and that's been one of my favorite parts of the monument builders games.
However, after lvl 14, I do not see any way of getting 3 stars on levels. I read some reviews saying something about jewel power ups, but I don't see anything like that in the game..?
Getting 2 stars is super easy, and there is a huge gap between 2 & 3 star times. So basically, it's impossible to get 3 stars, and it's almost impossible NOT to get 2 stars.
This just adds up to a missed 5 star rating, and a boring game that lacks the adrenaline-filled competitiveness against the clock.

Won't upgrade
I was enjoying the game and got 3 stars on levels 1-10 but when I tried to upgrade it kept asking for my password multiple times but it never purchased the unlock. Please fix.
Fun game
I liked this game. It was a bit repetitive, and after the first 15 levels, it was nearly impossible to get three stars, but I still had fun playing it.
