Karadakiroku is a log for the days your mood and condition are hard to put into words. Tap and type a few things and it lines up mood, condition, sleep, medication, blood pressure and blood glucose side by side.
[Today, in about 30 seconds]
- Mood is one tap on a 5-point scale
- Add condition chips (tired, headache, drowsy...), sleep hours, whether you took medication, tags and a short note - all optional
- You can only log today or the past, never the future, so there's no pressure to catch up
[Blood pressure and glucose, in the same notebook]
Log blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse) and blood glucose with time of day or timing. See the trend in a graph, and show your records as they are to your doctor with a dedicated view and PDF. Open it straight from the Today screen.
- Logging and the 7-day graph are free
- The doctor view and its PDF are free; graphs from 30 days to full history come with the one-time purchase
[A calendar you can read at a glance]
- A month view lines up mood and condition tags together
- Shapes and patterns mark each entry, not color alone
- Look back at "this day, one year ago" any time
- On iPad, the calendar sits on the left and the selected day on the right
[A PDF ready for a doctor's visit]
- Export your mood, condition and tags in date order (free, for any period)
- Pre-visit summary: your last 2 or 4 weeks on one screen, to show your doctor or copy
- The PDF lays out your records as they are - no averages, no interpretation added
[What is free, what the one-time purchase includes]
- Free: logging everything; PDF and backup export for any period; the pre-visit summary and the doctor view; the calendar for the last 60 days; blood pressure and glucose with the 7-day graph
- One-time purchase (no subscription): the calendar beyond 60 days, unlimited tags (custom items), and the 30-day to full-history blood pressure and glucose graphs
- The price is shown on the store's purchase screen
[Built to feel safe]
- No ads
- Your records are stored only on your device. Only when fetching pressure, the location of the city you chose is sent to a weather service (MET Norway).
- Lock the app with Face ID, fingerprint or your passcode
Karadakiroku only lines up what you record - it does not work out causes or rate your numbers, and does not replace a doctor. This app is not a medical device. If you are concerned about your health or your numbers, please talk to a doctor or other healthcare professional.
