Heal tab (Calm Sessions) Five modes: Calm (5/15 min), Sleep (30/45/60/90), Relax (20/30), Focus (25/40/50), Uplift (5/10/15, default 10). The full-screen session player renders an act-based ink sketchbook: figures draw themselves, rotate, relocate, and dissolve, driven by the live mix. Reduce Motion swaps animation for cross-dissolving stills; light and dark palettes both supported. Sound sheet in-session: mood field (one dot, soft zones) plus the scenario row; pacing gestures ("stay a while" / "I'm ready") on eligible sessions. Soundscape families: Warm pads, Rain & ocean, Singing bowls, Heartbeat, Piano & cello, Nylon guitar, Handpan & kalimba (remote, downloaded on first pick; sizes shown on the chips). Measurement policy is per-mode: Calm keeps the full watch flow; Sleep/Relax stay minimal; Focus and Uplift are deliberately unmeasured. A relax/focus heart-rate chip reads what the watch already wrote to Health (no workout started). Sleep can build a next-morning trajectory.
