Update issue
This app was working fine on my Samsung phone, but unfortunately I have not been able to connect to my school since I changed my phone to IPhone 17 Pro Max, it keeps prompting me to update my app to version 5.2.1 and when I clicked on download it will show that my app is up to date. Developer please kindly look into this issue. Thanks

Can’t complain it works as it should.
Glitchy app and non existent support
Their system often freezes or is unresponsive. Their support is also unresponsive.
Just doesn’t work

Completely lost my progress 5 min from the end of a lesson and now I just rewatch. I cannot figure out how to download videos for offline use. Horrible app, use the website.
Dysfunctional
It did not recognize I watched the whole lecture, so I can’t go onto the quizzes. Ridiculous.

Just use the website. This app don’t allow pop up windows and it constantly glitches and loses your work.

My school did us dirty by using this website for assignment.
It’s good but confusing.
So last year, my school was using Google Classroom. But this year we are using Moodle. So, sometimes it can be confusing because I’ll turn in one of my assignments and then it won’t actually send it to my teacher. Then if I thought I turned it in and I didn’t get a grade for it because “it was late.” because it glitched or something?? I don’t know but sometimes when I am trying to log onto Moodle, it’ll stop and won’t let me in. And on the top of the page, my screen says, “502 Bad Gateway.” What is that supposed to mean??? But the good thing about Moodle is that I don’t have to have complications with checking my grade. So, yeah. Keep up the good work but fix it please?!

Great, but allow custom logo
The Moodle App works great overall and runs out SCORM content well. In particular, we like how users can download content when they data and then access it when data is not available, ie in a Subway. The main downside is that given the ability to customize tenants or iterations of Moodle, rebranding the app would be key. A user accessing Moodle Workplace online can proceed without ever seeing the word “Moodle” but then it is unavoidable for the user to see “Moodle” if they use the app.
