Issues with like/dislike

I've notice on my IPad the last couple of weeks when I "like" or "dislike" a song the app crashes. Also, from the beginning of usage, which has been nearly a year; I've often noticed that the like/dislike feature doesn't stay locked in. I can like/dislike and in a couple of moments I'll notice it's no longer selected. Additionally, it would be AMAZING if they would make it possible to set up playlists to be played offline. Amazon Prime can do it why can't a company this large. An app for iPhone would be wonderful as well. I'm a yoga instructor so I travel for my classes. Internet isn't always available or strong so streaming can be very unreliable at times.
