Called with credit card but could not check in on app
Useless
Can’t check in in the app unless there is a credit card on file. But you can’t add a credit card and the card you used for your reservation doesn’t show up.
Digital Key not working and not much else is working
This app is pretty much useless. And getting stuck outside your room, unable to unlock the door, is annoying!
