Great App.

I like that I can track my moods. Having Bipolar 1 I have my ups and downs. My therapist and psychiatrist always ask how I’ve been feeling. Now I can keep track and work better with them on stabilizing my mood. Wish you could write more than 100 words. Other than that it’s a great app.

Great App

I have been using moody for over a year now. This app helps me reflect on my choices, patterns, and daily mood changes. I only wish we had more room to write daily. I broke up with a man when I realized I was always feeling anxious when I was only around him and even afterwards I went back into green because I was at peace again.
