Cannot access amp tools
The app tells me update to the latest version, but won't give me the option to. App is now unfortunately unusable until this problem is fixed.
Great when it’s working
But if it’s not working, you’re stuck with whatever setting your amp had last
Worked for 2 Months. Now useless.
Worked one day. Then the app automatically updated on my phone. Next day the app won’t open. Mooer support tells me I need to uninstall and reinstall which I’ve done 4 times. I’d like to try updating the firmware on my guitar amp but you need this app to open in order to do that. So I’m stuck.
It’s not working with iOS
The F15i amplifier sounds good, but the iOS app is currently unusable. After updating to iOS 26.5.1, the app constantly said “The current app version is too low, please upgrade it to the latest version”. I tested it on multiple iPhone 17 devices, reinstalled the app, restarted the phones, and tried different networks with no success. The login screen is also locked to the +86 country code. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

The app it’s not working
After updating all of our iPhones to iOS 26.5.1, the MOOER iAMP app stopped working correctly. The app connects to the F15i amplifier via Bluetooth, but constantly displays the message: “The current app version is too low, please upgrade it to the latest version,” even though version 1.6.0 is the latest version available on the App Store.
I have tested this on multiple iPhone 17 devices in my household with the exact same results. Reinstalling the app, restarting the phones, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, and reconnecting the amplifier did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the login screen is locked to the +86 country code and does not allow users from other regions to select their country.
The amplifier itself works, but many of the app’s smart features have become unusable. Please address this compatibility issue with iOS 26.5.1 as soon as possible. This is an excellent product being let down by software support.
