Ne fonctionne toujours pas. Application qui n’est plus mise à jour. Impossible de connecter mon VanMoof à l’appli (invalid token). Impossible de contacter les devs pour un remboursement.

It doesn’t work anymore. I downloaded the app 1 month ago and while trying to login to pair my VanMoof, it just keeps loading and nothing else happens. I contacted support but they never replied back. Completely Scam!!

App never delivered on what it said it would do - unlock extra speed on my bike. At least it was a $10 backup key app to the VanMoof app, but now it doesn’t work at all - even after updating, it stays stuck on the same load screen. Want my money back

Sehr gute App bis auf einige bugs
Funktioniert alles soweit gut, jedoch gibt es verschiedene klingeltöne die man aber nicht uploaden kann, dort kommt immer nach einer Ewigkeit eine Fehlermeldung und der Party Modus ist auch nicht mehr verfügbar wie beschrieben ( 37 km/h )

Not connecting anymore
It worked well at the beginning, but since many months ago, I believe after the update where accounts were linked, it does not connect to my VanMoof S2 anymore. I’m uninstalling and reinstalling again the app to see if with different updates problem is fixed, but the problem remains and the app is now useless

This app doesn’t work on an iPhone model that claims to be supported. Repeated attempts to contact the developer have failed to get any response.
