Every time I try to create an account, it says to enter a valid phone number >
Crashes , can’t get in
On ipad. Crashes when signing up for an acct. and you go to choose the state. So I created an acct an Mac and then was able to get in on the iPad. But when I went to upload a picture it just routed me back to the home page. The web builder on Mac is also down. That did work last week so maybe it will all be fixed soon.

Frustrating
Can’t get past registration process. Choosing the select state pull-down menu on the registration page causes the iPad screen to lock. There’s no way to back out of this without closing the app and losing all of the information entered to that point.

App doesn’t work on IPad
I was hopeful this app would work. Said the app only works for IPad. Once you fill out the new account and get to state, no drop down box and freezes up. Tried three times and still no luck.
Straight-Up Doesn’t Work
This app simply doesn’t work. But it only doesn’t work after they have collected your personal information. Registration doesn’t work—it throws up a screen containing the words “Select a State”, from which you can not select a state, nor can you leave the page.
Can’t register
I took a chance and downloaded this app after reading a few reviews. Sounded like the bugs were fixed. Nope. Just trying to register to use the app is buggy. Can’t select state. It freezes.
Much Better
I downloaded this awhile ago and it was unusable. I noticed they updated it so I thought I’d try it. It is much better now. I like the fact that I can take a picture of my yard and see what it would look like with different types of trees and plants. My one gripe is that I wish they had more trees to try on here. Hopefully they will add more now that the app is working.

Total junk
It will not send a registration verification text to mu iPhone so you can’t register to use it. based on the other reviews, this app should be repaired or removed. Looks like the last app version was 3 years ago. Maybe they should think about updating it and making it work.
Worthless App
I was happy to find a local nursery that provided landscaping design. However, I tried to set up an account but kept getting the message that the “from” number was invalid. I guess the “from” number is the number from which an admin for the app would send the verification code to me to complete setting up the account. Needless to say I couldn’t go any further.

This app is horrible can’t even upload a picture to even start the process
Photo upload doesn’t work
I had a friend show me a mock up of her backyard that Moonvalley did for her, and it looks like they use the app on their end. Unfortunately the photo upload does not work at all. Hopefully they address the issue so that people can utilize this great tool.
Waste of time
This app has never worked. Been trying to upload photos for weeks now with no success. At least the company has all my personal details now so they can hassle my via phone and email!

White screen of death
Download app, give personal contact info just to get a blank white screen. I thought I was doing something wrong but seems everyone has the same experience. Useless.

I can’t even get past the registration page. It won’t take my info. It goes to a blank white screen. I shut off my iPad and restarted and that didn’t help.
