Docking points omission
Great version of arcade classic but when docking ships for second time in each phase points scored in docking aren’t added to you points total.
Apart from that great work.

Poor
Glorified demo with no playability
Moon Crest
Absolutely appalling, almost unplayable
Great with MFI
A lot of fun with MFI
Much easier than the original
The perfect reproduction of the graphics and music of what was my very favorite arcade game as a 12 year old makes for a nice trip down memory lane. Unfortunately, the game play is far too easy. The original game was MUCH HARDER. In this version you can wipe out most waves with very little maneuvering. That was simply not possible in the original, where you had to constantly dodge the attackers and be careful for those you thought were behind you but looped back up to get you from behind.
Also: when you complete the second docking after the asteroid stage, the screen shows a docking bonus, but the points aren't actually added to the point total.

Impossible de voir le vaisseau depuis lequel on tire
Et pour cause on a le doigt dessus en permanence. Ça gâche complètement le jeu. Archi déçu.
Uninteresting
It's not fun just to repeat the same stage
Much improved experience now it has game controller support.
This is an update on my earlier review, having now installed version 2.0 in response to the developer informing me that it now has game controller support. This remains a nice rendition of a classic arcade game. I had previously commented, against an earlier version, that play was sadly ruined by clumsy and unresponsive touch controls and that it was desperately in need of support for MFi compliant game controllers. Well, now that game controller support is present in v2.0, I can confirm that I was immediately able to play with my game controller, and this transforms the experience. It is now just what I hoped for when I first found it. The gameplay is fast paced but controllable and natural with my controller (a Nimbus SteelSeries), allowing me to re-live a particularly fond arcade memory from my younger years and get a decent high score to boot! To the developer, thank you for adding game controller support. Please can you do the same for your other games on the App Store.

So-so
This game Should be free since coding it was probably a no-brained since it existed on other game and arcade platforms for years, especially in Machine language form. It’s a burnout game. Play until you get tired of the difficulty of docking your ships and the same thing level after level after level, just faster and you won’t play past 10 minutes. I WOULDN’T buy it again, AlienShooter is 50x more fun. Try at your own burnout rate. I don’t think it’s worth paying for AT ALL!! They found a way to spin a game out quick and make some fat white dudes RICHER in Silicon Valley!!!!

Rubbish
Once again I forgot to read the reviews before throwing my money away. I was too excited I guess. Don’t bother. Look online instead for this game and many other classic 80’s games.

Awful
Do not buy this game, you only have to stay in the middle of the screen and fire and you won’t get hit, very boring. Controls are awful and not challenging at all. Stay away from this game at all cost. I’m going to see if I can get a refund for this pile of poo.

Reminds of my youth but don’t buy this game I’ve played well over 100 times it’s impossible to make the rockets dock believe me I’ve tried . A great game if the developers would fix this gremlin in the docking stage . Until this happens save your money

Great
Yes, the docking is more difficult than it was back in the day, but this is the nearest thing to Moon Cresta and, once you get the hang of the docking, it’s great 😊
Lazy
This gave me such a nostalgic smile to buy: yes I threw my pocket money away in arcades! Hearing the old soundtrack again made me laugh out loud after 30 years! However, how lazy of this developer to put it up AND charge for it when the docking doesn’t work. What a con! Apple, take this persons license away, they’re a cheat.

Faithful reproduction of arcade classic!
This was one of my favourite games back in the day. Colourful displays, intriguing creature designs, innovative sound. It’s all been faithfully reproduced in this version.
The only problem I have had is the screen ‘joystick’ doesn’t allow for accurate control of your ship, which is essential at times in the game. I’ve often found that the ship has scrolled under my left thumb before I realised and is destroyed.
Aside from that one problem it’s been a pleasure to revisit this old classic!
