Hey, so I've been digging this app for a bit, using it on both my iPhone and Mac. But guess what? The Mac version suddenly decided it's not up for the job anymore. Like, seriously? The tuning feature, which was my go-to, just won't open. It's throwing off my whole vibe.

Doesn’t work with Moondrop Space Travel
Recently bought a Space Travel because of its good feedback and reviews, but when I used this app to hopefully change my tuning to add more bass, it won’t appear. Devs need to update the app ASAP.
I can’t connect?
I own the Moondrop Space Travels and it clearly states I can use this app and yet it doesn’t appear in the app. Not sure why when I tried everything. Now I can’t use ANC or change anything. Hope this issue gets fixed
Does nothing for Moonriver 2Ti
This app does nothing. It doesn’t detect my Moonriver 2Ti device at all. I uninstalled after a few minutes.

I just got the Space travel earbuds but they do not show up on the app. Nothing shows up unfortunately.

I translated the error message and it says network connection error. I tried resetting my network and my device but no luck.

The app works perfectly like 2 months ago and now it just shows I presume a error in Chinese, and it doesn’t display my moondrop space travel too so im stuck using reference mode which im fine but it would be nice if the developer fixed this issue.
Lack of support
App is useless to me on iOS because it doesn’t support MOONDROP dongles or dsp cables. The android version works.

Unusable in 2024
Not really sure how this is still on the App Store. I love Moondrop’s products but this app has never fully worked for me. For a time it let me choose a different tuning on my Space Travels, but that recently stopped working. Now it simply pops up what I can only assume is an error message in Chinese. I’ve also had the Dawn Pro DAC since it launched and I’ve never been able to configure it with this app.
Would love to see this actually get an update making all of this usable but in it’s current state, don’t bother downloading this.

no longer functioning
used to show my space travels and allow me to select a tuning, but after a month of use I was never able to access to tuning menu after connecting to the headphones. after a reinstall it no longer sees them at all

No support for Little White
Returning my neckband product because it has been too long without any update for Little white, I use IPhone not android. Super fail Moondrop…. Can’t use my device as intended
