The journaling prompts are super simple but somehow always hit exactly what I need. It’s made it easier for me to stay connected with my emotions, reflect on tough moments, and remind myself of the wins throughout the day. I’ve even found that I’m more patient and grounded with my students because I’m taking better care of my own headspace.
If you’re someone who wants to get better at checking in with yourself or just wants an easy way to journal without overthinking it, this app is definitely worth it.

I love the community aspect that’s built into the app - the “Collective” tab gives a glimpse into how others are using the app, and my favorite feature is the Daily Goddess Reflection Wall. Seeing other people’s gratitude and love is so inspiring!
It’s easy to use, thoughtfully made, and perfect for anyone (especially women) wanting to feel more in tune with themselves, the natural world, and the universe. Such a magical app! ✨🌒
