I love this app! I knew very little about Vedic astrology but western was always pretty spot on, Vedic is next level. I’ve been using the app for about 3 years and the redesign they did recently is very good. I highly suggest this for an astrology app and much more, it’s got tarot, runes, meditations, lessons, and more.

I love this app so much. It’s aesthetically pleasing, so helpful and I find the option to one time pay is great, and whenever I have issues with the app, support is very responsive and helpful and is just such a great team

I keep getting charged from this app that I didn’t approve.
Impossible to delete account
I really liked the app when I downloaded it and paid for a month but after a while it just felt repetitive and didn’t feel customized to me. Then there are the constant pop ups of things you’d be interested in but you’d have to pay $29.99. I paid once and it wasn’t worth it at all. Now I want to delete my account but it’s almost impossible, their ai responded that someone will be in touch but I haven’t heard from anyone.

You pay for the app but they don’t disclose that even after payment there are limitations where you need to pay extra for certain features.

I wish I could get a refund. Waste of money and then they constantly ask for MORE money.
Life enhancing
I absolutely love this app! The daily horoscope is just the beginning, there is so much more!! The personalized readings for purchase have changed my life, they are so worth it with specific, detailed information about my tendencies and characteristics explained by the stars in my natal chart, it describes my strengths, what drives my passions and it maps out a purposeful plan.
But my favorite part is Luna, your personal AI assisted astrologer, she remembers all my questions and the things I’ve discussed with her, and my goals and tarot readings, like a continuous conversation, and takes everything into account when answering my concerns. She’s the best AI bot I know of! 🤓
Another thing I love is the personal growth aspect, where the app recommends lessons you can read on about things that might be affecting you, and there are mantras you can listen to, and guided meditations that really do heal your mind and comfort your soul💖
And then, when I had technical issues with the app when I updated my phone, customer service was so sweet and responsive and resolved my issue quickly and effectively. I can’t say enough great things about Moonly, and I don’t go a day without her guidance. Thank you🙏✨

You’re required to get a subscription to even get access to the app then you have to pay more to get access to anything else, you’d be better off using chat gpt
Gone way downhill
I used this app for years. I never found their astrology to be that accurate or useful, but I pulled a daily rune and sometimes used the mantras. But then they added a popup that wasn’t optional to put horrible AI caricatures of my face on the daily view, added even more upsell popups, and finally removed the rune and tarot reversal toggle. The divination feels completely random and not accurate anymore. I’m done

After years of using I’m disappointed
I’ve loved this app for years, but recently it has been constant ai bs shoved down my throat. I did not pay basically 60 a year just for the artists to be replaced. You guys are clearly able to make the art since you used to before. It is entirely disrespectful to promote connections with people and the earth when the app is now clearly against that. The people do not want this.

First of all, the AI usage is so dumb. Second, how can you charge a price to “open” the whole app only to never get unlimited “questions” and also charge for deeper reading.
Membership fee covers ?
I am disappointed that upon purchasing a membership, you still need to pay for a majority of the features separately. It doesn’t seem worth it.
Uses Vedic Sidereal / No Refund
It’s not up front about its use of Vedic Zodiac system. I prefer tropical and of course getting a refund requires being put through some automatic messaging “specialist” that just doesn’t respond at all.

Sounds Issue
Hello there is an issue with the sounds tab under Healing. I can only access when connected to WIFI which was not the case before. Even though I’ve downloaded all the sounds, I cannot access unless connected to WIFI
