What's New in Moonread
1.3
October 30, 2026
- Reading automatically adapts to a single page or a two-page spread on iPad and foldable devices, with continuous paper textures. Contents, search, bookmarks, and settings open in system sheets without reflowing your text. - A new Continue Reading widget in several sizes for the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy. Jump back into your current book from Control Center. - Siri and Shortcuts integration for quick actions to resume reading or check stats. Find indexed books in Spotlight using their full titles. - When iCloud detects that you have read further on another device, a gentle banner asks if you would like to jump ahead, without interrupting your reading. Manually selected file encodings also sync across devices so you don't have to choose twice. - The library home screen features a new "Continue Reading" card showing chapter progress and reading time at a glance. Book details and statistics are redesigned with clean cards for reading sessions and reading time. - Settings moves to its own tab with a two-column layout on larger screens, and reader settings now offer a side-by-side live preview. Data Management supports multi-selection, and iCloud name conflicts are easier to resolve.
