Waiting over a week for help and nothing
I have had issues being able to claim my rewards and they just keep procrastinating and never addressing my issue of not being able to claim the rewards I have earned. I would use another wallet because getting support to help when you have an issue is non existent. If your lucky they might send some response once every couple days and still do t fix the issue. I have been unable to claim my rewards for over two weeks now which messes with my compounding and now I’m not sure if my total balance is at risk since I can’t claim rewards, my e I can’t transfer my balance out to another wallet that is trustworthy

When logging in and entering 2fa the app doesn’t respond. It’s just stuck on verifying
