We’re terribly sorry you had this experience. It appears a small amount of users had this issue caused by a significant increase in traffic to the website and app during the event, which led to increased server latency. In other words, at certain times new users were unable to load the latest data and were instead simply seeing a blank screen. Next year we plan on including a progress bar so that the user will know if there is a delay and that data is still downloading. Again, our apologies you were one of the unfortunate users affected.
