Not working.
App is no longer working. I had two moooi items in the app and today went to add another and the application is not working on my iPhone nor on a newly installed session on my iPad Pro. Just hangs as the ‘Tap here to identify to product screen’. Fairly disappointed in this.

Button t scan product does not work. For such an expensive product you’d expect better user experience and videos to install.
Button scan not working
Although iPhone 12 is listed as compatible, I tried the scan function on two Moooi furnitures, and none of them is working.
No support
Requires you take a picture of your bill with no option to upload a screenshot of our bill, ignoring that many buyers are digital and we don’t print bills. Also button to scan did not work and there is no option provided for support. This app needs a lot more work.
