Terrible don’t trust
I scheduled a ride to the airport 4 hrs a head of time and it accepted and gave me confirmation and even 1hr before my ride I got driver information and car, all seemed well. Until my scheduled time came then the app went black, I called, I emailed, nothing came about no ride no response. I had to quickly order a Lyft and hope for the best (it came 5min later 😮💨), what a nightmare!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Doesn’t Have The Support to Function
I wanted to switch from Lyft to Moov because I believe rideshare drivers should be paid better wages, but every single time I request a ride the wait time is either incredibly long, a made up lie of a number, or my ride gets cancelled because a driver cannot be found. Am I spoiled? Have I gotten used to the luxury of instantaneous travel via Lyft? Why can’t we just have old fashioned cabs and streetcars everywhere again. Anyways, this app and this company don’t have the means to provide what they promise. Hope that improves for you.
