Reliable/Trusted

Unlike other tracking devices the system never goes down, it always works (and provides more and better features). I rely on MooveTrax to give my guests access to my vehicles so it has to work all the time and it does. I wish there were more installers available and at more reasonable rates - or maybe a training video so we can install ourselves.. great product otherwise.

Poor device design and support

Stay away from this product. They relying on some really bad local installer. I have a 40 cars fleet and after installation I ask if installer can come to me for tech assistance. Installer told me to wait for at least 2 cars more so they can send support. This is unacceptable, you want me to hold a car that can’t rent due to tech issue and you comes to helps me fix when I have at least 2 cars available?

Also, this device is unreliable and may cause problems to your car. I have 2015 Mazda CX5 , 2013 Camry, 2019 Corolla. All have staring issue and after removed this kill switch problem solved. I think this device is over complicated and has possible risk.
