Leaves me stranded
I’ve had this on my car for four months and have been stranded three times now. Each time it decides not to allow me to start my car I’m on the phone with customer service for 35-45 mins until I’m able to start my car again. Product/ app is no good.
MUST-HAVE for MOPARS
Super useful and gives me total piece of mind at night or whenever my Hellcat isn’t in my sight. Love that I can disable he car via app from anywhere in the world. I used their Installer Locator to get mind installed near me professionally.
Very unstable app
The app struggles with stability issues, often requiring a restart for signing in, and takes a long time to launch. This isn’t surprising given that its last update was seven months ago. Additionally, I don’t receive important notifications, and the notification sound has never functioned properly.
Too many bugs and no notifications.
The reason for the 2 stars is an unstable IOS app that constantly signs out and does not deliver notifications. You can see notifications one or two times, but then the app suddenly signs out, and you are NOT notified. Also, once in a while, when the notification comes, there is no sound, Also, it takes forever to open the app, and most of the time, it is required to close the app by swiping up and reopening it again and entering the password every time.

Too many problems with the app.
Generally, I like my new Trackhawk GPS device. The reason for the 3 stars is an unstable IOS app that constantly signs out and does not deliver notifications. You can see notifications one or two times, but then the app suddenly signs out, and you are NOT notified. Also, once in a while, when the notification comes, there is no sound. Also, it takes forever to open the app, and most of the time, it is required to close the app by swiping up and reopening it again and entering the password every time. And it seems like no one is bothering by updating the app
