Moovs application
For me move application has been a eye-opening experience into the Limo world of using Limo apps I’ve been with this company for currently five years now and I’m actually in the commercial of one of their videos. And I stick by them because they’re doing something that none of the company is trying to do and helping us improve of our company analytics and how to use the app properly and for our client to use it as an app of being mobile friendly. I recommend using Moovs 100%. I think you and this is the second part of my family.

Designed for exploiting third world labor!
This app is absolutely ridiculous for a reasonably intelligent American, English speaking, properly trained and qualified commercial driver to utilize. The interface is literally for a sketchy CDL-mill graduate. It see green color, it push button. There is also ZERO flexibility for a driver to assist a customer at their pick-up location with the app in the event the customer made a minor error booking their reservation, which is quite common for the company I currently work for. The app is great for staring blankly at your customer and calling someone else who is designated as the “smart person”, or the designated English speaker for the company.

I have been a user almost 2 years. It has increased efficiency within. U Buisness. Price is fare and app is both client and driver friendly. My Support issues have handled sane day. I always add this disclaimer when submitting a review. Every negative comment is based on that users experience and not as a whole. My experience has been great

OWNERS BEWARE
If you are going to start using moovs to operate your company, please be aware that they are going downhill. From negligent “system errors” that caused delayed customer refunds that they were lax about and caused me to obtain bad reviews, to a new policy that removes the “instant payout” process, the company was good when I first enrolled and now is becoming too complacent. The customer support now resembles that off insurance companies where the support staff cannot provide any assistance, and pass it off to the “back office team” which takes 1-2 business days even for the most basic request. I moved from limo anywhere, which I thought was bad, but for all their problems, they never held my money or cost my clients. Also, I have been with these guys for a year and a half, so I gave them many chances. Amir, is detached and will lie to you about chargeback support, or anything else to get you in the door.

I found Moovs to be way overpriced and money-hungry. They recently increased their standard plan price from $99 to $129, unless you pay annually. The pro version costs $179, or $149 if you pay annually. Additionally, they take 5% of every ride, which they didn't disclose when I first signed up.
They have structured their pricing to maximize their profits at the expense of their customers. They also limit the number of rides you can get. For instance, the $129 plan only allows 150 rides per month, while the pro version offers 250 rides per month instead of being unlimited. On top of that, there's a $299 down payment.
While the service is good and does get the job done temporarily, it is not worth the cost. Overall, you'll end up spending so much money with this company from all the transactions that you might as well develop your own app after paying all these fees. Too overpriced
Works good but pretty expensive and they went up on the monthly price. They went from $100 a month to $130 a month. They also get 5% of each sale. It’s nice but way overpriced for what we get.
