I paid for the lifetime subscription but haven’t been able to use it for months - today they tell me that they canceled my account over a year ago - no notification - no refund - no service

I downloaded the app and when I try to open it it says error loading. I’ve deleted and installed multiple times and it still doesn’t work. It’s a waste.

I can’t login to app on iPhone. When you press the login button nothing happens. The rest of the screen is reactive.

Guys, the iPhone X has been out for a year now. If you're going to charge an exorbitant amount of money for your service please make the app work properly on these phones.

Please update the app to work with the iPhone X. I should have to pay for a service that won’t work with my device.
Problem
Your car security system has a problem when Apple is able to show your exact whereabouts before EVTS updates the location. And honestly, Apple GPS is always behind, how much more late is the EVTS?!?!
Needs some work
The app is pretty glitchy and desperately needs the TouchID activated to speed up the login process. Love the concept of having all these capabilities on my phone. Just needs some work! Cmon Mopar!👍🏼

The app crashes all the time and the product is a waste of money. What is the point of buying a recovery tracking device that plugs into your diagnostic port where it is so easy to find and remove? Dealer failed to mention that...
