Definitely NOT for Midwest Ortho at RUSH
Absolutely does NOT provide any interface whatsoever for Midwest Ortho at RUSH, or any place else, for that matter. The ONLY locations available to select are the Sports Performance locations in Oak Brook, IL, and in Indiana. Since I went to neither, I didn’t check to see if they actually worked. I’m guessing because this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. I’m hoping they’ve moved to another interface.
