App not opening on iPad Air

I upgraded to a newer iPad and the app will not open. It will appear as though it is going to and then returns to my home screen. I sent a request for help through the creator’s website and have received no help. I really enjoyed using this app within my therapy, when it worked.

Can’t open the app anymore! Just goes back to the icon after selecting.

We have updated this app recently so it should be working fine. Try deleting the app completely from the desktop and then go back into the App store and redownload a fresh copy. You will not see a price because you already paid for it. There should be a downward arrow. Tap on that. Now try opening the app. It should open and work fine.

Screen errors

This app is having lots of items on the screen that block the students ability to perform actions correctly, Love this app but please fix.
