I can’t log in
I re installed the app when I mistakenly deleted the app. Ever since I installed the app, I am unable to log in, I have tried all available means in the app. I even tried to register, but doesn’t work

Need to include a ussd feature
The app works well, but it would be very much better if you can make an upgrade for Africa, that is adding a ussd feature which is very important and vital in this part of the world. Good job once again
iOS integration lack
The app is not buggy. It doesn’t crash anymore. But for some reason this update makes the App lose his integration with the iOS phone api. When you receive a call it just pops up like a banner notification unlike the previous versions. That makes the user miss calls for no reason. Do something about that please.

Don’t buy this if you have iOS 11.4.1
Just lost $100+ buying this device! Cannot even pair it with my iPhone iOS 11.4.1. If this company is legit they will fix the problem right away or refund the money.
Network selection
How Can I manually select the network ? Also there is no Apple Watch notifications support.
Unknowns messages sender
Even though, the sender is shown in notification, but it is not shown in the message folder. It goes to unknown sender. Please, rectify this issue ASAP. And let the messages classified according to sender not displayed under unknown sender.
App OK hardware battery a dud
This worked ok to manage a second number while traveling. I used local SIM in phone and my home SIM in the device. Far from great but allows functionality. Unfortunately the battery on device won’t hold a charge and used the unit 3xs over the last 8 months.

The app works very well. The only problem is that the app keeps sending a notification every time the card is out of range, which is annoying because I often take my phone without my wallet when I go to my home office, kitchen, garage, etc . If you disable notifications, you don’t receive SMS alerts. However, I have no choice but to disable notifications otherwise I would be receiving notification fixations all day long that the card is out of range, and there is no way to disable it. So without notifications turned on, this device is pretty much useless because I don’t know if I receive a text.

Unsupported Bluetooth connection
The latest iPhone OS is not supporting connecting Worldsim through Bluetooth to pair it, which means I can't use it 😫😫
