Really appreciate the food scan, body scan, exercise machine scan, nutrition label scan, and all tracking features. Makes counting calories and tracking sleep and recovery so easy. Also the AI coach is really solid. Great App

I love this new app it completely is using AI with great results to help get accurate data inputted. I love that it has water and food intake and then also allows you to get a body scan to fit your own current body make up and uses AI to show you exercises catered to you with or without equipment. Look forward to seeing more…love the initial steps! Keep it going!
