I have subscribed unlimited calls for 1 month to call UK ,but even after top up and purchasing number ,it used my balance and after few mins my whole top up disappeared ,although it’s show active packages but it’s not working and asking for top up again. Rubbish app

I used the service and wanted to buy a year-long subscription. My transaction wasn't processed and I didn't get my money back. I never recommend dealing with this company. Support never contacted me.

They lock your account and refuse to let you sign in, not sending any verification codes, attempts to contact support go ignored, was useful for the month it worked but considering a year was paid feels like an utter waste of time and an unfortunate scam.
Scam operation
I believe MoreMins to be a scam operation. I cannot make or receive SMS texts. I have tried with and without a VPN and get the same grammatically incorrect message ‘MoreMins experiences technical problems’.
Support is non existent. This is a scam to gather user info esp verifications. Trustpilot has a more likely review score of 2.6. AppStore review score of 4.6 is just another scam operated by MoreMins.

app won't work and it also won't let me log out or delete my account
Absolutely useless
I had issues since I got the app, people calling could not hear me, could not call 0800 numbers, absolute mess. Been told to delete and reinstall the app which cause even more issues. Avoid this

They charge on different dates every month, which means the subscription doesn’t even show on your bank account under subscriptions, and you can’t cancel it.

Unreliable
I can’t log in! No code is sent to my email. No sms is sent to my phone! When the beginning is like this, what’s gonna be the ending!!!

It’s really great for buying a US number and people calling you for free, but sometimes they have to call 10 times for it to even connect
Useless app
App does not work. I got it so my grandad could ring from the UK to me in the USA - keeps getting an invalid number error, calls never go through to the UK number, I never get notified in the app and just get a missed call notification. I also don’t get text messages either

Do not install!!! After topped up my account a verification code is required. Tried hundred times-never get one. Customer support doesn’t exist. Waste money!!!

Their numbers don’t work with WhatsApp even though they advertise compatibility. Refused to provide a refund.
