Subscription problems

I purchased a subscription. It is still showing that I did not and when I tried to redo it, it won’t let me because it says it’s good until 2027. Tried to speak to a person and there is no person there. It is just a robot that does not speak back to you. Do not do this. I am filing a complaint.

Идея действительно очень хороша, но ценник зашкаливает… 1290 рублей в неделю? Вы серьезно?? За эту сумму, можно 2, а то и 3 книги в полном объеме купить или в визуалку подписку на месяц так ещё и разного рода допок. Истории короткие, чаще всего однотипные(но по настоящему захватывающих тоже хватает) за рекламу много не насмотришься, за монетки тоже ценник такое себе, минимальный 899₽ за 1200 монет. Одна история стоит 10 монет. В среднем вам их хватит на 2/3 завершенные истории(в зависимости от кол-ва серий и сезонов).

Not worth it

Bought a one week subscription for the app and a total waste of money. I have yet to find one completed story. Most are one or two episodes, a few a 36-40 episodes but all leave you hanging. Very frustrating and misleading.

Over paying

I have paid twice on this app, but it says you have a option to pay less on the website when I pay on the website they do not give me my money or I do not get to see the videos total rip off

No skipping

I watched an in progress drama up to the most recently released episode and then the app tried to force me to watch the episodes again in order and the majority were locked. I should be able to use my coins to skip ahead OR the app should be able to keep track of my progress. This is a deal breaker for me.

Lot of Postpone/ pending

All movie and series are good however when they releasing the continuation of series they always change day by day until your subscription end. The result you never watch not unless you try to presubscription again.

Scam! Incomplete series.

The app doesn’t have all episodes available! Usually, with these apps, you can binge-watch all the episodes. This app releases new episodes every week. I won’t pay another subscription fee to watch an incomplete series.

App not updating content on the date provided

It’s rather disappointing when there is a date provided for when content will be updated and the content is in fact not updated. Nonetheless, the when it is past the date that the content was supposed to update they don’t provide a new date.
