Uploading videos is super easy. I love that the notes section of every workout lets me add exactly what I need, so I remember those essential details.
Gains
Gym time is way easier to track than writing it down on notes. Easy to check off each set and keep track of total volume. My coach effortlessly shares with me my work out for the month , and allows me to schedule my workout to my calendar. Each time I’m done with a workout ,I can simply share it with anyone.
