App better than website for mobile
Website doesn’t work so well on my iPhone 7 but this app works great. Wish there was a search bar on the all products page, currently there is only one on the main category page. Ratings should be based on the app, not the service, but I have had no issues with them. They deliver around 5am or so, and therefore do not contact you when they deliver as it is very early. They leave the package outside your door. Obviously this gives others the opportunity to steal your package if you don’t get it in a timely fashion, but that is not the companies problem. If you fail to read their terms and conditions that is on you. If you fear you cannot trust your neighbors then don’t use this service.

Orders never arrive
Morning delivery for our one year anniversary... never arrived. Company took 30 minutes just to respond. Told us it said delivered so it must be delivered... it was not. They have no control over their deliveries or if they get delivered correctly, after arguing with us for an hour... they just refunded us... one hour of stress... no delivery... do not use.... you have been warned!

Do NOT use this
Don’t download, and do not use their service. They don’t deliver, They don’t apologize for not delivering and they do nothing to fix it. They do not have a system where they can call their driver so if something goes wrong you just have to sit down and except it. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would do that.
