Very difficult to sign in as a new subscriber
Tried 3 times no way to become a new subscriber
Worked great until you get locked out of account
I absolutely loved this app it was like I was reading the paper but I got the digital subscription through PayPal.... they canceled my automatic payments and locked me out of account. I have left several messages to the morning journal themselves and emailed to NO RESPONSE. I’m totally turned off by customer service. Just beware if you do get locked out good luck getting someone to help you.
