Needs an update
A lot of the animations are blank, with the message “coming with next update”. There hasn’t been an update in 2 years, so I question whether any of these products (masks I was looking at that are still being sold) will ever be usable again.
Needs upgrades and bigger phone slots for shirts
Unfortunately My iPhone 13 doesn’t fit inside my ugly Christmas sweater anymore since I recently upgraded to a bigger phone. I even took the case off and it doesn’t fit and even when I use the app, it crashes. It needs some major improvements because I used to love this app. Hopefully there will be some bug fixes in the future

Waste of time
Bought a t shirt that I’ve had for a few years. Now they’ve taken the eyeball away that goes with it so the T-shirt is completely useless.

Was good whilst it lasted, I bought this mask a few years ago and it is still in good condition, I have just re-download the app and the cyclops animation is no longer there
Too busy making glitter bombs.
This guys could care less. I own four Digital Dudz costumes that are supposed to pair with the app to give a creepy eyeball or other fun Halloween animations. No longer. As many reviewers before have mentioned, many animations do not load and will not work. I sent an email to them explaining several issues, and the email was immediately bounced back.
I guess they are too busy making Christmas glitter bombs to care about their app or their customers.

Many animations no longer work. Also seems like the developers no longer care. I have a shirt that I’ve been dying to use but the animation doesn’t work. Says “Animation will be added in next update” but I’m pretty sure it’s never coming.

Videos no longer working
I bought the cyclops mask, but now almost all the videos have been removed from the app? It just says ‘available in next update’, and the app hasn’t been updated in ages! So now the mask doesn’t work as advertised.

Brought expensive mask which this firm cover on there app, well they did? Now can’t find it on the app. Just keeps bringing up information box which states will be in next update which hasn’t happened in over a year.

Pinned eyeball does not work
OK, so I was all prepared do use this app with the shirts that I bought almost a year and a half ago. The shirts did not arrive in time for the first Halloween (2020) so I thought I was all set for October 2021. Not so. The app still says this feature will be released with the next version. Such a rip off.

Missing animations
I have the flesh iwound and was planning on using it for my Halloween costume concept this weekend. The beating heart animation is supposed to change to gears (which is what I need) and other things when you double tap. This does nothing anymore. Thanks for ruining my Halloween costume at the last minute!

Wasted Money
The Halloween shirt I purchased a couple of years ago no longer has the video to play with it. Every time I try to play the freaky clown video I get a message that says “coming in the next update.” Update it already!! Here we are 2 days before Halloween. I think these guys have quit the business or are asleep at the wheel. Either way I wasted my money if I can’t get the video which is the whole point of this product.

Missing wound videos
I’ve used this latex wound costume for years. Always a great time. I missed Halloween last year, so I was excited for this year — but very disappointed to find the gears, the spider, the snake, and realistic looking heart and spine videos missing!!! 🥺😩

So you sold me a shirt when the accompanying video isn’t even available? That’s straight up deceitful. I downloaded the app and went to my video (haunted mansion portrait shirt) and it says “video coming in next update”. Halloween is two weeks away…
