App is not updated with price and stock and options to choose other items and does not bring up all food items

Probably the worst of the big stores for delivery

Constantly getting the wrong items. The app shows items in stock and then they don’t arrive, with no substitution attempted at all.

Poor response to fraud

Disgusting that Morrisons are not proactive following attempts at fraud. Even though I have the address of the person trying to steal my money they will not take action.

Placed a Morrisons Now order, needed some stuff in a hurry, still shows as preparing well past the delivery slot. No other info and shows no way to contact support, shambles of a service
