I wish that you could say if you wanted a product substituted or not and better still if you could put what you’d like as the replacement. I also wish you could use Purpl on the app, it’s so complicated to place the order. I always have to have several attempts and I’m on for ages before I have success.

Terrible App
This is the most irritating App I have come across. You can never find what you want. I have spent the whole afternoon trying to cancel an order without success. Is it because they try to make it difficult?
